From the directors desk

I was introduced to transformer in a seminar back in 1983. Since then, nothing has got me more passionate about itself.

Since beginning, my focus has been on understanding requirement of the customer and provide a techno commercially viable solution.

Design & development have always been areas of my core interest. Owing to that, today, we have the designing ability and manufacturing capacity to supply various type of customised special application transformers.

I believe in defining processes which can give consistent quality rather than just focusing on results.

Transformer Manufacturing Process

A transformer is a passive component that transfers electrical energy from one electrical circuit to another circuit.

Our winding machines can seamlessly wind HV & LV coil with up to 8 parallel conductors.

Core assembly is done at Ferromag with help of movable platforms and a 5MT EOT Crane.

This process is performed with extensive care by the experienced experts to ensure minimum vibrations.

Ferromag’s facility has a Vacuum Plant and high-power Industrial Oven, which perfects the impregnation & drying process.
